Capital Masterplan and rolling maintenance programme for a historic educational estate
We led the creation of a Capital Masterplan and a rolling maintenance programme on this historic, educational estate. This included devising a refurbishment programme to all boarding houses, site review of all teaching spaces, and considerations of several listed structures across this significant landscape.
Key Achievements
- Delivered conservation works to a Grade II* listed Chapel.
- Renovation and re-ordering of a Grade II* listed teaching block.
- Led the creation of all-weather pitches.
- Developed a costed, five-year forward maintenance plan.
