- Aggregate analytics — pages viewed, referrer, device type and approximate location (country/region). We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not store any personal data or persistent identifier. We cannot identify you individually from this data.
- Server logs — standard access logs retained by our hosting provider (Netlify) for security and availability purposes, including IP address and request metadata.

We share personal data only with the service providers who help us run the website and respond to enquiries. Each processor is bound by a contract to keep your data secure and to use it only on our instructions.

6. How long we keep your data
- Contact form submissions — retained for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised unless a client engagement is ongoing.
- Active client correspondence — retained for the duration of the engagement and for six years after its conclusion, in line with our professional and statutory record-keeping obligations.
- Analytics data — Plausible holds aggregate, anonymous traffic data only. There is no personal data to retain or delete.
- Server logs — retained by Netlify per their standard retention policy.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data erased in certain circumstances ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances.

The website is intended for professional / business use. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
