Site-wide Masterplan for an independent school in the Southeast
We oversaw the creation and adoption of a site-wide Masterplan for this independent school in the Southeast, taking into account sustainability commitments, pupil experience, commercial requirements, and upgrades of various facilities.
Key Achievements
- Delivered a costed, site-wide Masterplan for the whole of Lingfield's estate.
- Delivered early design stages for a new restaurant catering facility and performing arts centre.
- Oversaw the creation of plans for new sports pitches and associated facilities.
