Olivia is an experienced Chartered Project Manager with over a decade of delivering complex capital projects across the heritage, public, and commercial sectors. Her career has progressed from construction management into senior project leadership roles, managing multi-million pound programmes from feasibility through to completion. A former ‘BREEAM Champion’, she brings a strong understanding of design, risk, and sustainability alongside her extensive project delivery experience.
Olivia has extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, developing procurement strategies and masterplans, navigating complex stakeholder environments, overseeing design and construction programmes, and delivering projects within operational and historically significant estates. Her portfolio includes nationally important assets such as Stonehenge, Tintagel Castle, and Pendennis Castle, alongside Ministry of Justice, education, commercial, and residential developments.
She combines a strong technical understanding with a clear, structured, and pragmatic approach to project delivery. She works collaboratively with clients and project teams to balance conservation, commercial objectives and long-term value, while maintaining robust governance, effective project controls, and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
