We led the Waterfront Regeneration Programme in Hartlepool to create a new, multimillion-pound cultural quarter. Funded by central government via Tees Valley Combined Authority, Arts Council England, DCMS and the National Lottery Heritage Fund, we aligned strategic objectives and established governance and procurement frameworks to support effective delivery.
As part of Wentworth Woodhouse's visionary regeneration programme, we developed an action plan and recommendations to promote and protect a spectrum of heritage skills – from traditional building craft trades to specialist conservation expertise.

We led the creation of a Capital Masterplan and a rolling maintenance programme on this historic, educational estate. This included devising a refurbishment programme to all boarding houses, site review of all teaching spaces, and considerations of several listed structures across this significant landscape.
We oversaw the creation and adoption of a site-wide Masterplan for this independent school in the Southeast, taking into account sustainability commitments, pupil experience, commercial requirements, and upgrades of various facilities.

We led the development of a Fabric Strategy Plan for the Grade I listed Norman Cathedral and its city estate that sits as a key part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This resulted in the creation of a strategic masterplan which led to a long-term programme of maintenance and major, fundable projects – not least, the award-winning 'Open Treasure' exhibition and gallery spaces.
We co-led the delivery of a Strategic Masterplan for the Cathedral's estate, bringing together stakeholder input, spatial planning and a fundraising strategy to better support the Cathedral's mission, operations, and visitor experience.
We carried out a Feasibility Study and strategic property review for St Albans Cathedral. This was developed through a combination of desktop study, targeted surveys, and stakeholder workshops with the Cathedral staff; Dean, Chapter, and COO.
