Gabrielle is a project development professional specialising in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, with experience supporting heritage and capital programmes, alongside operational and strategic development.

With PRINCE2 Project Management certification, an academic background in collections care, archaeology and religious studies, and having contributed to securing major grant investment across Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales, Gabrielle supports projects from early strategic development through to delivery — with a focus on programme oversight, coordination, and practical implementation.

She is known for her structured approach, attention to detail, and ability to translate technical information into clear, accessible narratives. Her expertise includes bid development, programme management, reporting, business development, and stakeholder engagement. Gabrielle works across multiple projects and workstreams, coordinating inputs, monitoring progress and supporting teams to maintain clear priorities, effective processes, and successful delivery.

Alongside project and programme work, Gabrielle supports wider organisational and operational work such as contributing to business development, internal systems and processes, marketing and communications, and strategic initiatives that support Oculus’ growth and development.
