External fabric repairs for a Grade I listed estate in Covent Garden
We are leading a programme of external fabric repairs at this Grade I listed estate in Covent Garden, following a comprehensive strategic review. Our approach to prioritising and packaging of external works sets out a clear delivery pathway, whilst aligning to available funding routes and organisational strategy.
Key Achievements
- Developed a clear, prioritised, and costed plan and surveys for fabric repairs up to RIBA Stage 4.
- Defined and aligned technical scope with funding requirements and delivery strategy following survey and architectural studies.
