Delivering the first phase of RA's Masterplan for its 250th anniversary
We oversaw the completion of the first phase of RA's Masterplan, which saw the adjoining of 6 Burlington Gardens with Burlington House in time for its 250th anniversary. We led the early design stages of the estate's school refurbishments and the build of all exhibitions over a two-year period.
Key Achievements
- Led the installation of new galleries, facilities, art suites, and upgrades to listed fabric and mechanical plant throughout.
- Facilitated the reorganisation of governance structure in relation to projects and estate functions.
- Developed new processes for the prioritisation of capital works and management of projects for future Masterplan delivery.
- Oversaw the installation of numerous, critically acclaimed shows, including Picasso, Antony Gormley, and several other exhibitions.
