Strategic Masterplan for the Cathedral's estate
We co-led the delivery of a Strategic Masterplan for the Cathedral's estate, bringing together stakeholder input, spatial planning and a fundraising strategy to better support the Cathedral's mission, operations, and visitor experience.
Key Achievements
- Delivered an integrated Masterplan combining spatial review with a funding, investment, and commercial strategy.
- Identified practical opportunities to improve use, resilience, and long-term sustainability of the estate.
