Leading a complex programme to reimagine the ancestral home of a 260-year-old institution
We led client-side development and delivery of a substantial plan of works for the separation of 71 Fenchurch Street from the adjoining Grade II* listed, Collcutt House, whilst leading the institution and charitable foundation through a complex programme to reimagine their ancestral home.
Key Achievements
- Substantial structural changes to two architecturally sensitive buildings, including new mechanical units, secondary fire escape, and toilet core.
- Led the completion of a new Heritage Centre for Lloyds Register Foundation, including archives and library which combined contain over 1.1m documents on ships.
- Rebranded CAT A fit-out office spaces across both Lloyds Register and Lloyds Register Foundation.
