Programme leadership for a multimillion-pound cultural quarter
We led the Waterfront Regeneration Programme in Hartlepool to create a new, multimillion-pound cultural quarter. Funded by central government via Tees Valley Combined Authority, Arts Council England, DCMS and the National Lottery Heritage Fund, we aligned strategic objectives and established governance and procurement frameworks to support effective delivery.
Key Achievements
- Supported key projects including new galleries, museum redevelopment, waterfront dock works, and heritage asset refurbishment.
- Established programme governance aligned with Council structures, including funding requirements across multiple stakeholders.
- Implemented compliant procurement strategies under relevant regulations.
